You are welcome to supply your own fabric, however it must be suitable for domestic / commercial upholstery. We reserve the right to refuse unsuitable fabric (i.e. for curtains)

Collection and delivery of the item is included in the selling price. This price is for addresses in England and Wales only. We have arranged deliveries to Scotland, Ireland and further afield however there will be a cost addition for these locations.
We use a courier service called delivery 4toyou. The items will be wrapped by us prior to collection to protect them during transit. The courier will collect the items from our premises and deliveries will be scheduled during the week of collection. Deliveries north of Birmingham will be scheduled on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. South of Birmingham will be Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Our courier will always endeavor to deliver your item between 5-7 days from the collection date.
When describing items for sale, we try to highlight any obvious defects or damage observed. However, we do mainly deal in Antiques and second hand lots.
