Depending upon our work schedule at the time, we would expect this item of furniture to be ready for collection between 4-6 weeks from the receipt of the upholstery fabric.
Collection and delivery of the item is included in the selling price. This price is for addresses in England and Wales only. We have arranged deliveries to Scotland, Ireland and further afield however there will be a cost addition for these locations.
We use a courier service called delivery 4toyou. The items will be wrapped by us prior to collection to protect them during transit. The courier will collect the items from our premises and deliveries will be scheduled during the week of collection. Deliveries north of Birmingham will be scheduled on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. South of Birmingham will be Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Our courier will always endeavor to deliver your item between 5-7 days from the collection date.
ReturnsWe do not accept returns on our bespoke upholstery commissions. Upon completion of the works we will send you photos from every angle for you to approve / not approve the work. Any modifications required will be done for further approval prior to shipping of the furniture.
