A rare pair of early 20th century French single beds.
These are single beds to suit a mattress size of 3ft (90cm) wide x 6ft 3" (190cm) long.
A slatted mattress support base is included with each bed frame (made to order)
These beds have been stripped of their original fabric and are ready for transformation. The price includes painting of the wooden frame in Farrow and Ball and our reupholstery service excluding the fabric supply.
We are furniture re-upholsterers and have an in-house workshop. Due to the nature of antique and vintage furniture, we nearly always find some minor repairs that need to be addressed on the structure of each piece so we will not sell our items without our full restoration service.

Depending upon our work schedule at the time, we would expect this item of furniture to be ready for collection between 4-6 weeks from the receipt of the upholstery fabric.ReturnsWe do not accept returns on our bespoke upholstery commissions. Upon completion of the works we will send you photos from every angle for you to approve / not approve the work. Any modifications required will be done for further approval prior to shipping of the furniture.
Collection and delivery of the item is included in the selling price. This price is for addresses in England and Wales only. We have arranged deliveries to Scotland, Ireland and further afield however there will be a cost addition for these locations.
We use a courier service called Silver Sprint. The items will be wrapped by us prior to collection to protect them during transit. The courier will collect the items from our premises at the end of the week (Fri / Sat) and transport them to their depot. Upon receipt of the item at the their depot, Silver Sprint will contact you directly to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date. Silver Sprint always endeavors to have deliver your item between 10-14 days from the collection date.
When describing items for sale, we try to highlight any obvious defects or damage observed. However, we do mainly deal in Antiques and second hand lots.
